PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Mic2Money mobile application or website (the “Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. About Mic2Money

Mic2Money is a music contest platform that connects Artists and Fans in a competitive, ad-supported environment. Artists upload tracks to compete in Contest Rooms. Fans listen to tracks, watch advertisements, and vote. Both Artists and Fans earn points through their participation, which can be redeemed for cash payouts upon reaching designated tier thresholds.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Mic2Money Platform, including all features, content, services, and functionality offered on or through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Mic2Money Platform, you must:

  • Be between 13 and 17 years of age, provided that participation is subject to the consent and approval of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Be a legal resident of a country where the Platform is available
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements. Mic2Money reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Creating an Account

You must create an account to access most features of the Platform. During registration, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, username, and a payment account identifier (Venmo or CashApp). You agree to provide accurate and truthful information and to keep your account details up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone
  • Notify us immediately at admin@mic2money.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Not create accounts using false identities or on behalf of another person without authorization

Mic2Money is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate points, votes, or payouts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

4. User Roles and Platform Participation

4.1 Artists

As an Artist on Mic2Money, you may:

  • Submit original music tracks to active Contest Rooms
  • Earn points through the ad-supported submission and upload process
  • Receive votes from Fans and Voters on your submitted tracks
  • Accumulate points toward the Artist payout tier of 5,000 points

By submitting a track, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the content submitted, or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions to do so.

4.2 Fans and Voters

As a Fan or Voter on Mic2Money, you may:

  • Enter Contest Rooms and listen to Artist tracks
  • Watch Rewarded Video Ads between songs to earn points and Completion Bonuses
  • Vote on Artist tracks using accumulated points
  • Accumulate points toward the Fan/Voter payout tier of 12,000 points

Watching ads is required to earn vote points and Completion Bonus rewards. Fans who skip or fail to complete ads will not receive associated points.

5. Points System and Rewards

5.1 How Points Are Earned

Points are earned through legitimate participation on the Platform, including:

  • Artists: earning points through ad exposures during track submission and upload
  • Fans/Voters: earning points by watching Rewarded Video Ads to completion in Contest Rooms

Points have no cash value outside of the Mic2Money payout program and cannot be transferred between accounts, traded, or sold.

5.2 Payout Tiers

Payout Eligibility Thresholds

Artists: 5,000 points required to become eligible for a payout. Fans / Voters: 12,000 points required to become eligible for a payout.

Reaching a payout threshold makes you eligible for a payout — it does not guarantee an automatic payment. Payouts are reviewed and distributed manually by Mic2Money administrators based on available ad revenue and platform operations.

5.3 Payout Process

When you are eligible for a payout:

  1. A Mic2Money administrator will review your points balance and eligibility
  2. The payout amount will be determined at the administrator’s discretion based on platform revenue
  3. Payment will be sent to the Venmo or CashApp account you registered at sign-up
  4. Upon confirmation of payment, your qualifying points will be deducted from your account

Mic2Money reserves the right to adjust payout amounts, delay payouts, or withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud, Terms violations, or insufficient platform revenue.

5.4 Points Forfeiture

Mic2Money reserves the right to deduct, suspend, or forfeit points in the event of:

  • Fraudulent activity, including bot usage, ad fraud, or manipulation of voting
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Account termination for any reason
  • Inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

6. Advertising and Google AdMob

The Mic2Money Platform is supported by advertisements delivered through Google AdMob. By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • View advertisements as part of the normal Platform experience
  • Allow AdMob to collect device and usage data for ad targeting purposes, as governed by Google’s Privacy Policy

Mic2Money serves the following ad formats:

  • Rewarded Video Ads — shown between songs in Contest Rooms to Fans and Voters; completion required to earn points
  • Interstitial Ads — shown to Artists before contest entry submission and after track upload

Ad revenue collected through AdMob is used to fund platform operations and user payouts. Mic2Money does not guarantee a fixed CPM rate or revenue level, as these vary based on advertiser demand.

You may not use ad-blocking software, VPNs, bots, or any mechanism to artificially inflate ad impressions or circumvent ad delivery. Doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all points.

7. User-Submitted Content

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the music tracks and other content you submit to the Platform (“Your Content”). By submitting content, you grant Mic2Money a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform, including displaying tracks in Contest Rooms and promoting the Platform.

7.2 Content Standards

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Infringes on any third party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Contains explicit, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or illegal material
  • Includes personally identifiable information of others without their consent
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activity
  • Was not created by you or for which you do not hold the necessary rights

Mic2Money reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without notice.

7.3 Copyright Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you upload does not violate copyright law. If you submit a track that includes samples, beats, or other copyrighted elements, you must have obtained the appropriate licenses before submitting. Mic2Money will respond to valid copyright infringement notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Creating fake accounts, using bots, scripts, or automation to earn points or manipulate votes
  • Colluding with other users to artificially inflate votes or ad completions
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Platform or its underlying systems
  • Interfering with other users’ enjoyment of the Platform
  • Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating another person or entity
  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Selling, transferring, or auctioning your account or points to another party

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all accumulated points, and potential legal action.

9. Payments and Financial Terms

9.1 Payment Method

All payouts are made via Venmo or CashApp to the account you registered at sign-up. You are responsible for ensuring your payment account information is accurate. Mic2Money is not responsible for failed payments resulting from incorrect or outdated account details provided by you.

9.2 Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from payments received through Mic2Money. Mic2Money does not withhold taxes on behalf of users. Depending on your jurisdiction and the amount received, you may be required to report earnings to relevant tax authorities. We recommend consulting a tax professional regarding your obligations.

9.3 No Guaranteed Income

Mic2Money does not guarantee any specific earnings, payout amounts, or payout frequency. The platform is ad-revenue dependent, and payouts are distributed at the discretion of Mic2Money administrators based on available funds. Points accumulated do not constitute a debt owed by Mic2Money until a payout is formally approved and issued.

9.4 Disputes

If you believe a payout was processed incorrectly, you must notify us in writing at admin@mic2money.com within 30 days of the disputed payment date. We will review your claim and respond within 14 business days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Mic2Money Platform — including but not limited to the app design, logo, text, graphics, software, and underlying technology — are owned by Mic2Money and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any Mic2Money content without our prior written consent.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at admin@mic2money.com. Upon account closure, any unqualified points (below payout threshold) will be forfeited. Pending approved payouts will still be processed.

11.2 Termination by Mic2Money

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine that you have:

  • Violated any provision of these Terms
  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Created a risk or potential legal liability for Mic2Money or other users
  • Been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Upon termination by Mic2Money for cause, all accumulated points are forfeited and no payout will be issued.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Provided “As Is”

The Mic2Money Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mic2Money and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

12.3 Ad Revenue Variability

Mic2Money does not guarantee a fixed level of ad revenue, CPM rates, or payout amounts. Revenue generated through AdMob is subject to market conditions and advertiser demand beyond Mic2Money’s control.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at admin@mic2money.com.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit against Mic2Money.

14. Changes to These Terms

Mic2Money reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or via email with at least 14 days’ notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website.

15. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mic2Money regarding your use of the Platform.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure by Mic2Money to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Mic2Money may assign these Terms without restriction.

No Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Mic2Money.
